Whitsuntide
The Pentecost collect is repeated until Trinity Sunday. The second collect on p. 205 may also be used.Paschal Alleluias: The Paschal Season ends after Evensong (or Compline).
Paschal Candle: The paschal candle is extinguished at the end of the last service and it is moved from its more prominent position during Easter season to its customary place in the church, usually near the font. It is lit only for baptisms and for funerals when it is placed near the remains of the deceased.
The Unity of the Christian Church: At a second service today or on any of the six days following the Collect, Epistle, & Gospel for the Unity of the Christian Church, p. 213, may be used (Int 122; Grad 133).
