Paschal Alleluias: The alleluia at the dismissal in today’s liturgies may be doubled. The Paschal Season ends after evening prayer (or Compline).Paschal Candle: The paschal candle is extinguished at the end of the last service and it is moved from its more prominent position during the Easter season to its customary place in the church, usually near the font. It is lit only for baptisms and for funerals when it is placed near the remains of the deceased.
