Corpus Christi
Corpus Christi is not officially observed in the Anglican Church of Canada’s calendar. However, many parishes do keep this celebration, and this feast has always been included in McCausland’s. To reflect this, the option for Corpus Christi will always be listed second. There is usually only one Holy Communion for Corpus Christi and it should be kept, like Maundy Thursday, on the Thursday evening. However there is a set of readings for the first evening prayer of Corpus Christi on this day. Some Prayer Book parishes keep Corpus Christi on the First Sunday after Trinity.Morning Prayer:
